This collection includes minutes of meetings, handbooks, forms, official communications, directories and copies of the constitution and other policies. There are also records from association presidents, correspondence on various UNT/TWU merger proposals, files on Homecoming events and information on various graduating classes. It also contains correspondence, memorabilia and publicity materials on the Alumnae Association. Many of these files were provided by past presidents Ethel Murrey Dawson (1938-1940), Catherine Cloud Edwards (1950-1952) and Kate Adele Hill (1956-1958) The collection includes supplementary materials which help shed light on the structure of the TWU Former Students Association and its role with the Foundation, the university presidents office and the promotion of TWU.
